Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had assaulted on the head of the victim and she had been referred for further treatment.

Keeping in mind these facts and nature of offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
