Petitioner no. 1 is not named in the FIR as an accused. There is no apprehension of arrest.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner no. 1 viz. Mandira Biswas is disposed of as not pressed.

Heard learned Advocate for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. There was property dispute between the petitioners and the de facto complainant. Statement of witness shows petitioner no. 2 and his son were seen at the place of occurrence. Medical report discloses bomb blast injury.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner no. 2 viz. Sagar Biswas.

Application for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner no. 2 viz. Sagar Biswas is, thus, rejected.
