The instant revisional application is preferred by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 11th September, 2014 whereby an application under Order 1 Rule 10 of Civil Procedure Code filed by the petitioner was rejected by the Trial Court. It further appears from the earlier order-sheets that the said revisional application has already been disposed of on 10.09.2015. Despite that again the matter was listed on 09.06.2023 and the matter was adjourned to 16.06.2023. It appears from the earlier order passed by this Court that the matter has already been disposed of with a direction upon the Trial Court to expedite the suit pending before it without granting an unnecessary adjournment. It is quite astonishing that despite the revisional application being disposed of again it was listed for hearing.

Anyway, I would not like to pass any order in connection with this case as the matter has already been disposed of. Department should be more cautious in future in listing this type of case before the Bench.
