Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondent(s) are disturbing the petitioner for cultivation of the land which belongs to his forefathers.

According to the petitioner, the private respondent(s) have migrated from the neighbouring country and have been trying to encroach upon the petitioner's property. The petitioner informed the Sub-

divisional Officer as well as the Executive Magistrate. The petitioner also informed the local police station but no assistance was rendered to the petitioner.

A report has been submitted by the learned advocate for the State, which reflects that the police authorities have been keeping strict vigil and are aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent(s).

The police authorities have also drawn up proceedings under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS against the respondent nos. 4 to 10.

Having considered the steps taken by the police authorities, I direct that, in case, the respondent nos. 4 to 10 carries out their pursuit which the police authorities on enquiry finds that they have substance, in that case, prayer(s) may be advanced before the learned Executive

Magistrate for furnishing bond for staying outside the jurisdiction of the concerned police station.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29926 of 2024 is disposed of.
