Sole grievance raised in this writ petition by the petitioner is that its representation made on 14th September, 2023, being Annexure P-4, claiming the ownership of the seized goods in question has not been considered and disposed of by the Additional Commissioner of Customs/respondent no.2 till date. Without going into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the petitioner's claim of the ownership of the seized goods in question, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition being WPA 28547 of 2023 by directing the respondent no.2 to consider

and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in according with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within four weeks from date. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
