Petitioner is in custody for 184 days. Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail prayer. He contends petitioner procured women for sexual exploitation.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner was involved in procuring women for sexual exploitation. Offence has far reaching social ramification. 4.

In view of nature of offence and involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
