Heard learned counsels for the parties.

In view of the order passed in WPA 27787 of 2023 directing reconsideration of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, the e-auction with regard to serial no. 18 auction catalogue dated 14th December, 2023 be stayed till one week after disposal of the appeal.

The e-auction in question shall be subject to the decision of the appeal pending before the authority. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
