The third respondent is present in court in person and he is identified by Mr. Bhabotosh Mukherjee, representative of the petitioner company.

It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the disputes and differences have been amicably settled. The petitioners and the respondent no. 3 have agreed upon settlement of the matter on payment of Rs.3.5 lakhs to the third respondent by the petitioners. The petitioners are ready with the cheque amounting to Rs.3.5 lakhs and have handed over the same to the third respondent.

The third respondent should file a receipt to that effect in court.

As the matter has been amicably settled, nothing further remains in the writ petition and the same is

disposed of accordingly.

Before parting with the record, it is pertinent to mention that the petitioners deposited an amount of Rs.5 lakhs with the Registrar General of this Court in compliance with the direction of this Court. The petitioners are at liberty to withdraw the said amount along with accrued interest thereon.

W.P.A. 29582 of 2016 is thus disposed of.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
