for correction of a typographical error which cropped up in the order dated 22nd February, 2024.

In paragraph 2 of the 3rd line in page 1 of the order the address should read as "44/5A, Chakraberia Road" instead of 44/5, Chakrabere Road.

The order dated 22nd February, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
