Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including statements of witnesses. From the statement of the victim, it appears there was a fight. However, it is to be ascertained at the appropriate stage of the proceeding whether the allegation of outraging modesty is an embellishment or not. 3.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Amit Durlav @ Bhole be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. He shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 5.
