1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is in custody for 288 days. Petitioner and co-accused were apprehended with 203 pieces of fake Indian currency notes (FICNs). Co-accused is absconding. In view of nature of offence and as delay is due to abscondence of the co-accused, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
