None appears on behalf of the petitioners, although the matter has been listed under the heading 'For Dismissal'. No accommodation is prayed for. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Railway Authorities had already submitted on 7th April, 2026 that contract has already been terminated on 9th June, 2025.

In view of the above, I find that the petitioners have lost interest as the cause no longer survives.

The writ petition is disposed of as in view of the instruction given by the Railway Authorities dated 29th January, 2026.

Copy of the instruction be kept on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
