1. Affidavit-of-compliance filed by the alleged contemnor is taken on record. Copy served.

2. Mr. Sabyasachi Mondal, learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor submits that in compliance of the order dated 8th May, 2025 passed by this Court in the writ petition, the Pradhan, Dakshin Barasat Gram Pranchayat, Joynagar Block-I, South 24-Parganas, the alleged contemnor, has passed order on 27th February, 2026. The alleged contemnor tenders unconditional apology for not complying the order of this Court within the stipulated period.

3. Mr. Arnab Pramanick, petitioner in-person submits that findings in the order passed by the Pradhan is

incorrect to the extent that the property is not an ejmali property, but a partitioned property.

4. Since order has already been passed by the alleged contemnor in compliance to the order of this Court, the contempt application being CPAN 2069 of 2025 stands disposed of.
