Let the affidavit-of-service be taken on record. It is the grievance of the petitioner the he has not been communicated with the reasoned order in compliance with the order dated April 5, 2016 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P. No.20529 (W) of 2015 (Md. Afzal Hossain vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.).

Learned Advocate for the State submits that a reasoned order dated October 17, 2016 was communicated to the petitioner by post. He has made over a copy of the said reasoned order dated October 17, 2016 to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner. Let a copy of the aforesaid reasoned order be kept on record.

Nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the reasoned order

dated October 17, 2016, if he is entitled to do so in accordance with law.

WPA 28566 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with all formalities.
