Mr. Kanai Lal Samanta ....Advocate The petitioner as an employee of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (in short, 'BSNL') is ventilating his grievances relating to his services and in particular the order of suspension.

BSNL is a notified agency under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and, as such, the Central Administrative Tribunal constituted under the 1985 Act is the appropriate forum to receive, try and determine matters relating to the service in BSNL. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same ground in accordance with law. It is made clear that the time span between 16th December, 2024 and 17th March, 2025 shall be construed as time spent in prosecuting a litigation in a bona fide manner before a Court without jurisdiction.
