Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. Although the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15th December, 2025 passed by learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore, District South 24 Parganas in Money Suit (Com) 116 of 2023 the learned advocate submits that his client is not pressing for the said prayer and the learned Trial Court be directed to consider and dispose of the application for vacating interim order and the application for injunction pending before the said Court. In the facts and circumstances this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by directing filing of affidavits and issuing notice to the opposite parties. Thus the application is disposed of with the request to the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore, District South 24 Parganas to consider and dispose of the injunction application and the application for vacating filed in Money Suit (Com) 116 of 2023 within a period of eight weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments.
