I am of the view that sufficient notice was given to the petitioner that the matter would be taken up today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this matter. Hence, W.P.A. 30157 of 2008 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs. Consequently, the application being CAN 1 of 2010 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
