1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others assaulted the victim resulting in his hospitalization. Coaccused have been released on regular bail. Grant of regular bail stands on different footing from pre-arrest bail.

3. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to her.
