1. It appears that in the order dated 3rd January, 2025, certain typographical errors have crept in. In the Cause Title, the surname of the opposite party has not been recorded correctly, let the same be corrected as "Bhaumik".

2. In the memo of appearance of the parties as noted in the above order, against the name of the advocate Mr. Arindam Banerjee, the words "Senior advocate" be incorporated.

3. At Page 4, Paragraph 5, 6th line, let the recording of the defendant nos. 14 to 39 be corrected with the following:

"defendant nos. 14 to 19". Again in Page 8, Paragraph 8, 17th line the amount appearing in figures be corrected as "Rs.10875111/-".

4. The department is directed to carry out the aforesaid order and incorporate the above corrections in the order dated 3rd January, 2025. The other portions of the order remains unchanged.
