sg Mr. Sanjay Saha Mr. Raju Mondal ...for the petitioner Mr. Ayan Banerjee Mr. Ajeyo Chowdhury ...for the State Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The petitioner claims to have challenged the Order being No.6 dated 6th March, 2024 passed by the Additional District Magistrate and District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Purba Bardhaman by preferring an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Burdwan Division.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing was conducted by the Appellate Authority on 21st November, 2025 but the decision of such hearing has not yet been communicated to the petitioner. The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the Appellate Authority to communicate the decision of the hearing conducted on November 21, 2025.

WPA 29572 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the Divisional Commissioner, Burdwan Division, being the fifth respondent, to dispose of this appeal being Appeal Case No. 37 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and communicate the reasoned order by the end of March 2026.

Needless to mention that if the Appellate Authority feels that a hearing is necessary, a further date of hearing

should be fixed and the appeal shall be disposed of within the time limit as indicated hereinabove.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
