1. Petitioner complains that he handed over his vehicle to an acquaintance but till date, the vehicle has not been returned and he has been pursuing the same. Lastly, he complained to the police authorities, i.e., the Inspectorin-Charge, Uttar Kashipur Police Station. However, no steps have been taken.

2. Learned advocate for the State submitted a report. The report reflects that Uttar Kashipur Police Station Case No.133/24 dated 14.12.2024 has been registered for investigation.

3. Notice has also been issued to the complainant.

4. I direct the Investigating Officer of the case to take effective steps for tracing out the missing vehicle, which is the cause of anxiety of the present petitioner.

5. Learned Magistrate in seisin of the matter would ensure that efforts be taken by the Police Officer for recovery of the said vehicle.

6. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29795 of 2024 is disposed of.

7. Reports so submitted also be kept with the records.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties upon all formalities, if applied for.
