Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

Petitioner complains that she is unable to enter her residence after obtaining anticipatory bail in connection with Chanditala P.S. Case No.556 of 2019. I have perused the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court wherein certain observations have been made granting interim protection and which has been subsequently confirmed.

However, presently the case is before the learned ACJM, Serampore.

Petitioner, accordingly, will apply before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the aforesaid case, if she is facing obstruction from entering her residence provided there are no conditions imposed by any

court while granting bail. Learned court would pass necessary directions on the Officer-in-Charge, Chanditala Police Station if illegally she is being obstructed from entering her residence.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28586 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
