This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Bench in a contempt jurisdiction by which the contempt application has been finally disposed of and the Rule has also been discharged.

Apart from that, the amounts payable to the workmen have also been settled and the claim for compound interest is pending and a contempt application is also pending before the Hon'ble Single Bench.

Therefore, we find nothing remains to be adjudicated in this appeal and accordingly, the appeal and the connected application stand disposed of.

It will be well open to the appellant to canvass all issues before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
