It has been submitted by the university that all the deficiencies as pointed out by the university have been cured by the college and the university will send the required link for renewal of affiliation to the college within 24 hours.

The University further submits before this court that another round of counselling will be conducted by the University for the College.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the University to organise another round of counselling for the College. The date of counselling should be intimated to the College by the University before this court within seven days from date.

It is made clear that admission will be restricted to the students who have already applied online for the course.

Accordingly, WPA 28610 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
