1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application as urgent motion on the ground that the petitioner has applied for grant of 'No Objection Certificate' to conduct the event of the seminar of the eminent persons headed by the head of the RSS, i.e.

Sarsanghachalak, Param Pujaniya Dr. Mohan Bhagwat to be organised by the petitioner on 21st December, 2025 but the authorities have not granted no objection certificate.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the State has submitted that the State is ready with the permission but it could not be communicated to the petitioner as fax number appearing in the application for grant of permission is

not working. Due to which the permission could not be forwarded to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State further submits that if this Court is permitted, the State will forward the permission to the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner and if any person will go to the office of the Report Section, Kolkata Police Directorate, Lalbazar within 9 pm, the physical copy of the no objection certificate will be handed over to the representative of the petitioner.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the order be communicated to the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner by email immediately in the following mail address, namely, 07bikash@gmail.com.

5. The petitioner is directed to depute one representative to be present in the office of the Report Section, Kolkata Police Directorate, Lalbazar on or before 9 pm and if the representative of the petitioner present in the office of the Report Section, Kolkata Police Directorate, Lalbazar, the concerned Officer-in-Charge shall handover the copy of the permission to the representative of the petitioner immediately.

6. As authorities have granted the permission and thus nothing remains in the present application, the writ application is disposed of.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.

8. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
