Mr. Dipanjan Chatterjee Ms. Sananda Bhattacharyya Ms. Kakan Das Ms. Rimpa Adhikari ....for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Mr. Nirupam Dhali ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. A similarly circumstanced co-accused was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioner's role would be clear from the materials available in the case diary. The application for anticipatory bail of a similarly circumstanced coaccused was rejected by this Court on 02.07.2025 in CRM(A) 1819 of 2025. The petitioner has remained absconding since 2021. Considering the above, the other incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that the petitioner has remained

absconding since 2021, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
