By reason of a typographical error in the cause title of the order dated 29th April, 2022 the number of the appeal has been incorporated as 'MAT No.1915 of 2021' in place and stead of 'MAT No.1915 of 2012'.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the order dated 29th April, 2022.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 29th April, 2022. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
