The petitioner, State Bank of India complains that the quantification of costs are yet to be done by the State respondents and accordingly has approached this Court. The petitioner will intimate the date on which they intend to proceed to execute the order under the SARFAESI Act. One week ahead of that, police authorities would quantify the amount and intimate the same to the State Bank of India, the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is present. Private respondents intend to canvas on the merits of the case. The merits of the case are to be considered by the appropriate tribunal which cannot be a subject matter of consideration in the present writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA No.29890 of 2024 is disposed of.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
