1. The petitioner claims to be an untainted candidate of the 2016 recruitment process and he is still in service. He participated in the 2025 recruitment process and alleges that marks on account of prior teaching experience have not been awarded to him.

2. From the result details of the petitioner annexed to the writ petition, it appears that he scored total marks of forty eight. The cut off marks in the subject category is sixty.

3. Assuming that the petitioner is awarded the maximum marks on account of prior teaching experience, that is ten, then also the petitioner will not reach the cut off marks of sixty.

4. In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in the matter. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
