1. We have considered the evidence of the minor victim. She alleges that the petitioner had detained her and also raped her. Her deposition, prima facie, implicates the petitioner in the offence. Victim is a minor.

2. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial at an early date.

4. The application for bail being C.R.M.(DB) 4760 of 2023 is, thus, rejected.
