1. We have heard Mr. Joydip Kar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants.

2. Let this matter appear in the list on 16th May, 2024 at 3.00 p.m for further hearing in view of the discrepancy found in the certified copy of the judgment annexed to the memorandum of appeal and the copy of the judgment annexed to the Stay petition.

3. We direct production of original judgment tomorrow at the time of hearing of the appeal.

4. We direct Registrar (L & OM) to file a report with regard to the discrepancy noticed above.

5. This order shall be communicated to the department concerned for compliance.
