1. The writ application has been preferred praying for setting aside of the impugned charge sheet dated 31st December, and the combined charge sheet cum suspension order dated 26th January, 2025 issued by respondent no.3.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ application the petitioner has been terminated on conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings.

3. Learned counsel for the private respondent has raised the point of

maintainability on the ground that the relief of the petitioner in this case lies before a different forum and not before the High Court in its writ jurisdiction.

4. It appears that the petitioner had approached the respondent no. 2 being the labour Commissioner when the charge sheet had been issued. No dispute has been raised before the Conciliation Officer.

5. Considering the said facts, the writ application is disposed of as not maintainable with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the relief prayed for.

6. WPA 29629 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

7. All parties to act on the server copy of this order.
