1. The affidavit filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor No.1 is taken on record.

2. The alleged contemnor No.1 on her behalf as well as on behalf of the alleged contemnor No.2 has tendered unconditional apology with an undertaking that no such incident would occur in future.

3. It appears that pursuant to our order, registration has been allowed and Priyamvada Birla Institute of Nursing (A Unit of Belle Vue Clinic) has informed the Registrar, West Bengal Nursing Council that Professor Dipa Sarkar Dey, Principal

of the College has authorized Ms. Trisa Das, Lecturer of Priyamvada Birla Institute of Nursing to collect registration of Ms.

Tanuja Panda, student of 1st year student session 2022-2023. The examination notice dated 8th January, 2024 is also produced before us issued by the Registrar, West Bengal Nursing Council.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we record compliance of the order dated 14th December, 2023 and discharge the Rule.

5. We, however, cautioned the alleged contemnor No.1 that in future she should be more careful.

The additional documents, namely, the letter dated 9th January, 2024 issued by the Priyamvada Birla Institute of Nursing, the Student Registration Receipt, the notice issued by the Registrar, West Bengal Nursing Council dated 5th January, 2024, the Examination Notice dated 8th January, 2024 and a further notice dated 5th January, 2024 along with Steps for Online Examination Form Fill-Up for the General Nursing-Midwifery Examination January2024 duly singed by the alleged contemnor No.1 showing compliance are taken on record.

7. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor No.1 is dispensed with.

8. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

9. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
