1. This review application is completely misconceived. The review applicants cannot, under the garb of review, re-agitate the points that were considered in the order. We allowed the application on the ground that the appeal fulfils the requirement of the notification of the Government dated 17th July, 2015. Moreover denial of similar benefits to other nonteaching staff could not be a ground for review. The appeal was heard at length and the applicability of the notification of the Government dated 17th July, 2015 was gone into and after hearing for the learned Counsel for the parties we recorded that the requirement of the aforesaid notification was fulfilled. The said issue cannot be reopened under the garb of review. There has been no error apparent on the face

of our order.

2. Under such circumstances, the review application is rejected.

3. The order passed on 13th October, 2023 shall be complied with within two weeks from date.

In Re: CPAN 1132 of 2024

4. The contempt application shall be listed after three weeks.

5. The alleged contemnors are personally present in Court.

6. In view of the dismissal of the review application, time to comply with the order dated 13th October, 2024 is extended by three weeks from date.

7. On the undertaking that the order shall be complied with within the stipulated period, the personal appearance of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with for the time being. In Re: CAN 1 of 2024

8. The application for stay being CAN 1 of 2024 stands dismissed accordingly.
