By this application, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of Rent Controller Case No.17(17) of 2022, which is pending before the leaned Additional Rent Controller at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

This Court is not inclined to pass orders as prayed for. However, the petitioner is at liberty to request the learned Rent Controller to dispose of the proceeding expeditiously. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
