Mr. Arijit Ganguly Ms. Mousumi Sarkar ...For the State The present application has been preferred against order dated 2nd December, 2023 by which the Court below has issued warrant of proclamation against the accused person under Section 82(2) and (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Illambazar Police Station Case No. 177 of 2021 dated 17th July, 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 800 of 2021.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that in the said Illambazar Police Station Case No. 177 of 2021 dated 17.7.2021, the Investigating Authority has already submitted final report in the form of FRT being Illambazar PS FRT No. 255 of 2024 dated 26th October, 2024 after completion of investigation. In such view of the matter, let C.R.R. 4890 of 2023 be dismissed being infructuous.

A copy of such Challan dated 26th October, 2024 be kept with the record.
