Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 2 months and 14 days and charge sheet has already been submitted. Ms. Amita Gaur, learned advocate appearing for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS.

Having considered the statement of the victim, the prayer advanced by the petitioner, at this stage, is not acceptable.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Thus, CRM (M) 1 of 2026 is dismissed.
