Read orders dated June 13, 2024 and June 26, 2024. A Coordinate Bench, by an order dated January 15, 2024, had issued a suo moto Rule calling upon some of the co-accused persons to show cause as to why the order dated October 7, 2023, passed by the learned Trial Court granting bail to them, shall not be cancelled. Reply to such Rule has been filed. The Enforcement Directorate has also filed a report.

In our view, it will be appropriate to place this matter before the Bench which had issued the suo moto Rule.

Accordingly, let this matter stand released from our list and be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate direction.
