By an order dated 7th November, 2025, this Court, having regard to the submissions made by the learned advocate representing the applicant that the department had failed to accept requisites, had directed the department to file a report.

The department by its order dated 26th November, 2025 in clear terms has noted that no requisites was received by the department.

Having regard thereto, I am of the view since the applicant has failed to put in requisite, the proceedings cannot be permitted to continue further and accordingly dropped. The Rule stands discharged.
