Case No. 829 of 2010 arising out of Asansol(South) Police Station case No. 135 of 2010 dated 21.5.2010 under Sections 376 /420 of the Indian Penal Code. Today, Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted the Photostat copy of the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to Asansol(South) Police Station FRT No. 113 of 2018 dated 25.6.2018.

Report reflects that the petitioner has been discharged from the case due to want of evidence.

Having regard to the report, the revisional application filed before this Court has become infructuous. Mr. Mukherjee, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The revisional application do not require to be adjudicated on merits.

As such CRR 3683 of 2010 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
