The grievance of the petitioner in this civil revisional application is directed against for expeditious disposal of the matrimonial suit being Matrimonial Suit No. 441 of 2025 pending before the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Serampore, Hooghly.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter is being heard ex parte and is fixed on 13th January, 2026.

The respondent-husband is represented. It is submitted on his behalf that they have no objection whatsoever to the suit being expeditiously disposed of.

In view of the above, C.O. 4524 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Serampore, Hooghly to dispose of the suit in

accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournments and take into consideration any subsequent developments which has transpired after the filing of the suit.
