Report shows sample contains codeine phosphate. 3.

In view of the aforesaid and as quantity of narcotics recovered i.e. 24 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup containing codeine phosphate is above commercial quantity we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
