2. Mr. Dutta, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents/Union of India.

3. On perusal of the earlier order dated 14.11.2025 it reveals that on the said day, the writ petitioner remained un-represented, which is why the instant matter is listed today under the heading "For Dismissal".

4. In view of the repeated absence of the petitioner even on today, we are inclined not to adjourn the matter any further and accordingly, WP.CT 259 of 2023 is dismissed for default.
