On perusal of the contempt application, being CPAN 1559 of 2023, this Court has reason to believe that in spite of communication of the order dated 01.12.2022 as passed in WPA 28357 of 2014 by this court, the alleged contemnors have violated the said order dated 01.12.2022.

In view of such, the petitioner is hereby directed to cause service of notice upon the alleged contemnors along with a copy of the instant contempt application by speed post with acknowledgement due and to file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

Let the matter be listed on January 30, 2024 under the same heading.
