The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Bank to permit the representative of the petitioner to operate the bank account.

The Bank is directed to intimate the petitioner the formalities that are required to be complied for operating the bank account.

Within a fortnight from the date of compliance of all necessary formalities, the Bank shall permit the petitioner to operate the bank account. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
