However, quantification of the amount payable to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 16th May, 2023 is disputed by the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

Statement showing calculation of the sum which was found payable to the petitioner in terms of order dated 16th May, 2023 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

In view of payment made by the alleged contemnors contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with the law questioning quantification made by the alleged contemnors for making payment.
