Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the Bank to permit them to operate the Bank Account. 3.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Bank submits, upon instructions, that the Bank officials contacted the petitioner and requested them to submit all papers in support of change of mode of operation of the Bank Account.

The petitioner submitted the resolution adopting the decision to change the office bearers but the other documents namely the specimen signature and the KYC details of the bank operators are yet to be submitted.

5.

It will be open for the representative of the petitioner to submit the specimen signature and the KYC details of the bank operators before the Bank.

6.

Within a period of two weeks from the date of compliance of all necessary formalities, the Bank shall permit the representative of the petitioner to operate the bank account.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

8.

The instruction forwarded by the Managerin-charge, Balageria C C Bank Ltd., Balighai Branch signed on 2nd January, 2025 be retained with the records.

9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
