The order passed in CRR 59 of 2024 be followed in the present revisional application. If required, the learned Magistrate in respect of any return of seized birds will allow an application to be filed, fix parallel hearing along with the other application on the same date and dispose of the same by 13.06.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4903 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
