Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that after completion of investigation Police has ultimately submitted Final Report, vide No. 06 of 2022 dated 23th February, 2022 stating that the investigation of the instant case has been closed declaring the case as "Mistake of Law" and involvement of anybody under Section 188 of the Criminal Procedure Code could not be established and the place of occurrence of the incident may be in South Korea. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 also submits that his client does not want to proceed further with the complaint.

In such view of the matter and in view of filing the Final Report as stated above, C.R.R. 4001 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to move fresh application in case FRT, vide No. 06 of 2022 dated 23th February, 2022 is not accepted by the Court.

Let a copy of the memo of evidence containing number of FRT is taken on record.
