Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that a thorough enquiry was conducted and the allegations relating to illegal activities as well as threatening the petitioners at the behest of the private respondent could not be substantiated.

In view of the police authorities having submitted their report, if the petitioners have any other grievance and materials in their custody, they would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 29857 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
